Return & Exchange Policy

At Rolltg, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return & exchange policy carefully.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories included.

  • Items must be returned in one package.

  • Returns are accepted only in the same country as the original delivery address. (If you require returns from other countries, please contact us.)

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange (excluding defects).

  • Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Damaged or defective items due to manufacturing or shipping issues are always eligible for free return/replacement at our cost.

Return Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Unless the item is defective or the error is ours, return shipping costs and any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not provide free return shipping unless explicitly stated.

  • In the case of a defective or incorrect product, Rolltg will cover all return shipping expenses.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at help@rolltg.com (or call +1 703-980-1862) with:

    • Your order number

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

    • Photo or video evidence if the product is defective/damaged

  2. After approval, pack the item securely in the original packaging including the receipt and send it to:

  3. Mark the return as “Rolltg Return” and keep tracking information.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
